Konkan Fanas Gare [कोकण फणस गरे] Konkan Jackfruit Chips

Nanukaka Fanas Gare are traditional Konkan Jackfruit Chips prepared using Konkan jackfruit, known for its naturally sweeter flavour and rich aroma. This is a seasonal jackfruit snack prepared during late May, June and July, when fresh jackfruit from the Konkan region is available.

Fresh jackfruit slices are lightly salted and crisply fried in coconut oil. The process gives them a light, crunchy texture while retaining the natural sweetness of the fruit. This creates the distinct flavour of Fanas Gare enjoyed across Maharashtra.

Fanas Gare are prepared without artificial colours or preservatives. The product has a shelf life of 2 months when stored in an airtight container.

नानुकाका फणस गरे हे कोकणातील फणसापासून तयार केले जातात. हे हंगामी तळलेले गरे असून मे ते जुलै या कालावधीत नानुकाका येथे उपलब्ध असतात. कोणतेही कृत्रिम रंग व संरक्षक न वापरता तयार केलेले हे फणस गरे २ महिने टिकतात.
