Nanukaka’s Puranpoli is made with jaggery and a touch of nutmeg—a combination that adds luscious sweetness to its filling. The outer layer blends whole wheat flour and maida (refined wheat flour), creating a soft, luscious texture that stays fresh for longer. The filling—Puran—is prepared from well-cooked chana daal and jaggery, resulting in a smooth consistency and balanced taste.
Prepared in small batches, this puranpoli is known across Dombivli for its generous stuffing and distinct flavor. It can be relished with pure ghee (sajuk tup), soaked in milk, paired with the bold spice of Nanukaka Katachi Amti—a spicy curry in which puranpoli is dipped and enjoyed—or simply savored on its own. No added colors, flavors, or preservatives.
नानुकाका पुरणपोळी ही साजूक तूप, दूध, कटाची आमटी किंवा अगदी तशीच खाण्यास योग्य आहे. चणाडाळ, गूळ आणि जायफळ यामुळे तयार होणाऱ्या पुरणाला मंत्रमुग्ध करणारी चव येते. गहू आणि मैदा मिश्रित आवरणामुळे ही पुरणपोळी अधिक काळ नरम आणि स्वादिष्ट राहते.
