Gajar Halwa by Nanukaka is a cherished winter speciality made from fresh seasonal red carrots, slow-cooked to enhance their natural sweetness, colour, and aroma. Crafted without any added colours, flavours, or preservatives, this halwa offers a pure, delectable taste that perfectly balances the richness of mawa with the natural freshness of the carrots.

Prepared in the authentic traditional style using mawa (khoya), cashews, milk, elaichi, and just the right amount of sugar, it celebrates the true flavour of gajar without overwhelming sweetness. Each batch is cooked patiently on a slow flame, allowing the carrots to gently reduce and develop their signature soft, grainy, homemade texture—never watery, mushy, or oily like commercial versions.

The result is a warm, wholesome, and truly homemade-style Gajar Halwa that captures the comfort and nostalgia of winter in every bite.
